Teaching Philosophy
When I was in secondary school, I began to become a teacher that teaches foreign language. Because I’m not good at mathematics which is boring and I don’t like it from my young age which is ten years as well. So I chose this profession. And my mother who is teacher of kindergarten influenced me more than others.
In my view, inductive and deductive approach is very efficient way to teach grammar to all aged people who study in any school, college and university. But some people may not also appropriate proposal with me. This approach has been used for a long time in Mongolian education and it is never become extinct approach for all people and county. Although there are many proficient approaches, they aren’t fit teaching in a grammar like inductive and deductive approach. I test it for myself in teaching practice which I taught in second course of our university, Otgontenger.
In my opinion, Mongolian educational system is too poor. We have a right to choose a school what you wanted. In any school and college, unnecessary lessons are taught us such as song lesson in school and physical training in college and university. I think that professional subjects are taught more than general knowledge subject. If it is done, training will improve and students’ knowledge will be became order. Thus it is time to look forward the educational system in Mongolia.
The following challenges are appeared in English teachers, students and translators. These are:
- Environment
- Fear to tell something that is unknown things will may be lie
- Interest to teach, speak and study
- People who don’t like their work and sometimes it seems to be boring

Three explosions went off in rapid succession near the U.S. consulate in the Pakistani city of Peshawar Monday. At least person was killed in the blasts but officials expect the casualty count to rise. The blasts in the capital of the North West Frontier Province came hours after suicide attack killed 30 people and wounded 50 others in another part of the province. Peshawar is about 120 kilometers (75miles) from the country’s capital Islamabad. The three explosions went off within a span of 15 minutes in the area of sadder and Hayatabad Avenue, near the American consulate and the Peshawar headquarters of Pakistan’s intelligence agency. The North West Frontier Province is rife with Islamic extremists and has been the site recent clashes between Pakistani security forces and militants. Monday’s suicide attack took place at a rally for the province’s ruling Awami National Party in the lower Dir district, said lawmaker Mehmood Zeb Khan. Hundreds of the participants had gathered for a rally to change the name of the province to Khyta Pakhtunkhwa. The bomber walked into the government building where the meeting was going on and blew himself up, said provincial spokesman Mian Lftika Hussain. The province was given its current name during the British colonial rule. The party, which heads a coalition government in the province, wants the area’s name to reflect its majority Pashtun population. Poetry and Lyrics
Departed Days
By: Oliver Wendell Holmes (1809-1894)
Yes, dear departed, cherished days,
Could Memory’s hand restore?
Your morning light, your evening rays,
From Time’s gray urn once more,
Then might this restless heart be still,
This straining eye might close,
And Hope her fainting pinions fold,
While the fair phantoms rose.
But, like a child in ocean’s arms,
We strive against the stream,
Each moment farther from the shore
Where life’s young fountains gleam;
Each moment fainter wave the fields,
And wider rolls the sea;
The mist grows dark, -- the sun goes down,--
Day breaks, --and where are we?
PS: This poem was written by Oliver Wendell Holmes in 1892. His poetry was made up of short but beautiful poems, humor, and wit and most notably of high class. I found it from the internet.
I think that all people have their own memories which aren’t forgotten ever. They create it only themselves. Every memory is different from others but the result is same. Oliver Wendell Holmes tried to describe the people’s life and its memories. It explained to me “when we die, memories will be left”.
